I’ve been wanting to try Reiki after hearing so many positive stories about the practice. Finally in December I booked a virtual session with Tara Méi and hopped on the podcast to record my experience just moments after wrapping. I had such a wonderful session with Tara, but felt that I wasn’t able to properly speak to the energy healing as I am no expert and had only done one session. Instead, I asked Tara if she’d come on the podcast and share her knowledge and experiences in the healing space. Tara ultimately left her traditional 9-5 to follow her dreams and intuition and has never looked back. She knows that the universe would never guide her down the wrong path and finds the journey to be a beautiful one.
